Amritpaan started with a simple belief — Bihar's food deserves to be celebrated. From piping-hot chai and sattu drinks to coal-roasted litti, crispy kachodi, homemade achars, and traditional sweets like thekua and makhana — everything we serve is made fresh, every day, the way it has always been done in Bihar.
